LoRa Module Summaries

LR68E is a low cost Semtech LLCC68 LoRa module, the price is $3.92 each at 1K pcs. It is managed by BM20C or BM05M, a Nordic nRF54LM20A or nRF54L05 Bluetooth 6.0 module through SPI interface, for cloud or smartphone connection. Both FCC and CE versions are available.

M268E20C is an LR68E and BM20C combo module for M.2 connector. M268C05M is a LR68C and BM05M combo.

LR682C LoRa Module

  • CE compliant at +23.09 dBm max. radiated TX power;

  • 902 to 928 MHz;

M268E20C/M2682E20C, LoRa-BLE 6.0 M.2 Module

M262840F is a LoRa-BLE 5.4, Thread, Zigbee combo module for M.2 connector, B-key. It provides Bluetooth interface to a smartphone for setting up. BT840F is a low cost, long range Nordic nRF52840, BLE 5.4 module. A block diagram:

An application example of LR62E is in an LEW840X gateway to allow other LoRa devices connecting to AWS, Google, or Microsoft cloud through WiFi, Ethernet, or LTE network.
