LR68E is a low cost Semtech LLCC68 LoRa module, the price is $3.92 each at 1K pcs. It is managed by BM20C or BM05M, a Nordic nRF54LM20A or nRF54L05 Bluetooth 6.0 module through SPI interface, for cloud or smartphone connection. Both FCC and CE versions are available.

M268E20C is an LR68E and BM20C combo module for M.2 connector. M268C05M is a LR68C and BM05M combo.

M268E20C/M2682E20C, LoRa-BLE 6.0 M.2 Module

M268E20C is a LoRa-BLE 6.0, Thread, Zigbee combo module for M.2 connector, B-key. It provides Bluetooth interface to a smartphone for setting up. BM20C is a low cost, long range Nordic nRF54LM20A, BLE 6.0 module.

Connecting to Cloud

An application example of LR68E will be provided to allow other LoRa devices connecting to AWS, Google, or Microsoft cloud through WiFi, Ethernet, or LTE network.

Evaluation Board EV-LR62X1E

EV-LR62X1E is a Bluetooth to LoRa gateway/bridge without the M.2 module. An USB AC adapter is included. Field test can begin upon completion of firmware development. An M.2 module is available separately.

FCC version, M268E20C (LR68E+BM20C, nRF54LM20A) and M268C05M (LR68C+BM05M, nRF54L05), M.2 modules are available.

CE version, M2682E20C (LR682E+BM20C, nRF54LM20A) and M2682C05M (LR682C+BM05M, nRF54L05), M.2 modules are available.

EV-LR62X1E is a Bluetooth-LoRa bridge without an M.2 module. It is an evaluation board kit for the Fanstel LoRa module, LR62X1E series, LR68E series, the FCC versions, and LR62X2E series, LR682E series, the CE versions.

An M.2 module with the LoRa module is required, not included.

It includes an AC adapter, ANT000 BLE antenna, and ANT025 LoRa antenna.

It is field test ready upon completion of firmware development.
