LTE, BLE 6.0 and WiFi 6/LoRa Plus combo for M.2 connector

LB51E20BC Series modules use BM20BC, a Nordic nRF54LM20B BLE 6.0 module with a Cortex M33 MCU at 128 MHz, 2036KB flash, and 512KB RAM as the main MCU. It supports an nRF9151 LTE/NTN module and a WM02C, nRF7002 WiFi 6 module or a Semtech LR2021 LoRa Plus module.

An LBG20BC open source gateway uses this module, is IP67 rated, USBC powered and solar panel ready. It has an optional 18650 rechargeable battery.

• BM20BC, an nRF54LM20B BLE 6.0 module with a chip antenna.

• An nRF9151 SIP module supports LTE, NTN, GNSS interface. Two u.FL connectors for external LTE/NTN antenna and GNSS antenna.

• WM02C, an nRF7002 WiFi 6 module with a chip antenna.

• Most BM20BC and some nRF9151 GPIO pins are on the M.2 connector.
