Ultra Low Cost Bluetooth 6.0-LoRa Combo Module for Amazon Sidewalk

LM68E15E is a Nordic nRF54L15 BLE 6.0 and a Semtech LLCC68 LoRa combo module with a Cortex M33 MCU at 128 MHz. 1524 KB flash/256KB RAM. A 32 MHz, -40C to +105C, 20PPM crystal is integrated. DCDC converter Inductors and capacitors for VDD are integrated.

LM68E15E is footprint upgradeable from BM15M, an nRF54L15 module.

Latency Requirements
