nRF7120E BLE 6.0 and WiFi 6E Combo Modules

WM120C series uses a Nordic nRF7120 Bluetooth, 802.15.4, and WiFi 6E combo SoC. It is footprint upgradeable from BM20BC (nRF54LM20B) or WM02C20BC (nRF54LM20B and nRF7002 combo). It is also footprint compatible with BM20BXE (nRF54LM20B with SKY66403 PA) and LM21E20E (Semtech LR2021 LoRa Plus and nRF54LM20A combo).
