nRF54LM20A and nRF54LM20B BLE 6.0 Modules

BM20C Series modules use Nordic nRF54LM20A or nRF54LM20B BLE 6.0 SoC with a Cortex M33 MCU at 128 MHz, 2036 KB flash, 512 KB RAM. Both 32 MHz and 32.768 kHz, -40C to +105C, 20PPM crystals are integrated. No external component is required.

nRF54LM20B has an embedded Axon NPU, an inference engine to process sensor data at the edge. It can reduce power consumption for transmitting data to the cloud and reduce the impact of unreliable cloud connection.

BM20NE is with an nRF21540 power amplifier. BM20XE is with a Skyworks SKY66403 power amplifier.

All modules are footprint compatible.
