M262X840XE LoRa-BLE combo, LR62XE LoRa Module
LR62X1E, LR62X1C, LR62X2P are FCC Certified at +29.93 dBm conducted power, just below +30.0 dBm FCC limits. The maximum radiated transmission power is +35.75 dBm when used with ANT088, an antenna with circular polarization.
LR62X1E is developed to replace LR62XE. It is not footprint compatible. A PCB revision is required.
LR62X2C is CE compliant at +26.97 dBm radiated transmission power. When used with antenna ANT025, LR62X2E/LR62X2P is CE compliant for conducted and radiated transmission power at +26.07 dBm and +26.92 dBm, respectively. It is just below the +27 dBm CE limits.
LR62X1E Series Modules
LR62X1E is a Semtech SX1262 LoRa transceiver module with a Skyworks SE2435 power amplifier. Specifications are:
Max TX power: +29.93 dBM TX power conducted, just below the +30 dBm FCC limitation.
With a 5.82 dBi/8.82 dBic antenna, the maximum radiated power is +35.75 dBm.
902 to 928 MHz

Size: 10.0 (14.0) x22.3mm, L-shape.
You can use any MCU with SPI interface to manage LR62X1E. In Fanstel application example, it is paired with a Nordic nRF52840 module for cloud or smartphone connection. An LR62X1E and BT840F/BT840XE combo module for M.2 connector, M262X1E840F/M262X1E840XE are available.
LR62X2E Series Modules
LR62X2E is a Semtech SX1262 LoRa transceiver module with a Skyworks SE2435 power amplifier. Specifications are:
LR62X2C with an integrated chip antenna, +26.97 dBm TX power radiated, just below the +27.0 dBm CE limitation.
LR62X2E/LR62X2P conducted TX power, +26.07 dBm; with antenna ANT025, radiated TX power is +26.92 dBm.
869.400 to 869.650 MHz

M262X1E840XE, The Longest Range LoRa-BLE, M.2 Module
M262X840XE is a LoRa-BLE 5.4, Thread, Zigbee combo module for M.2 connector, B-key. It provides Bluetooth interface to a smartphone for setting up. BT840XE is a long range Nordic nRF52840, BLE 5.4 module. Per FCC test reports,
Max TX power is +21.0 dBm or 130 mW, conducted.
Max radiated power is + 21 dBm with ANT000; or +27 dBm with ANT060, a 6dBi antenna.
Range between a pair of BT840XE + ANT000 is estimated at 15 KM. It has been measured at 4500 meters due to test site limitation.
