Ultra Low Cost Bluetooth 5.4 Module

BM15C is a Nordic nRF54L15 BLE 5.4 module with a Cortex M33 MCU at 128 MHz. Size is 10.0x14.0x2.0 mm. A 32 MHz, -40C to +105C, 20PPM crystal is integrated. DCDC converter Inductors and capacitors for VDD are integrated.

BM15C is footprint upgradeable to BM20C, an nRF54H20 module, and WM02C15C, an nRF54L15 and nRF7002 WiFi 6 combo module.
