BH678 series are the lowest cost and the lowest power consumption Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module supporting secure connection and mesh network. Certified BLE 4.2 stacks (with Toshiba QDID) are embedded.

BH678C

BH678C has limited RAM available for user's application because BLE 4.2 mesh stacks run in RAM currently. BLE mesh stacks will be in masked-ROM in 1Q2018. At that time, 40KB to 50KB of RAM is available for user's application. If you need BLE mesh, begin development using BH678T and switched to BH678C when production begins.

If BLE mesh is not required, 40KB to 50KB of RAM is available for user's application.
